Millions of Muslims all around the world have started coming in the Saudi Arabian city of Makkah ahead of the yearly Hajj pilgrimage, a middle pillar of the Islamic faith that re-enacts the events of the Prophet Muhammad (PBHU) from more than 1,400 years ago. People attending worship from more than 150 countries started gathering soon in the city, one of the blessed sites in Islam, to get ready for the five-day pilgrimage which starts on 5 th July 2022. A religious trip meant to cleanse the true of sin and get them closer to Allah SWT, this year's Hajj 2022 is expected to attend by more than 1.5 million pilgrims.
